Where is my order?

After you place your order on Lamabini Kid Toys.com, you should immediately receive an order confirmation email. On the order confirmation email, you can review your shipping address, billing address, the items on your order, total charged and our complete terms and conditions. 3 to 4 business days after your order is placed, you will receive an additional email with your FedEx tracking information. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order please reach out to customerservice@lamabini.com.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

No.  We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Lamabini Kid Toys.com Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed on Lamabini Kid Toys.com.

Can I return my order?

No.  All sales on Lamabini Kid Toys.com are final.  The only exception is for sized apparel items where we offer a limited exchange policy.  For more information on returns, read the Lamabini.com Return and Exchange Policy.

The outer box of my figure is damaged, can I return/exchange it?

Lamabini Kid Toys.com does not guarantee product packaging.  While we do realize that the product packaging can be important for some collectors, the product packaging’s purpose is to keep the art piece intact during the transfer from our warehouse to your home.  Read the Lamabini Kid Toys.com Return and Exchange Policy for more information.

Can I retroactivity apply a discount code to my order?

We are unable to honor sale and/or promotional pricing or promo codes once an order has been completed.  In addition, we cannot honor sale / promotional pricing once a sale or promotion has ended, we do not allow stacked discounts and promo / coupon codes are not valid for international orders.

How do Lamabini Kid Toys Rewards work?

Lamabini Kid Toys Rewards is a way to earn points that can be redeemed for coupons or discounts that can be applied to a future (USA only) purchase. You can create Lamabini Kid Toys.com Rewards Account by heading to https://www.lamabini.com and clicking the “Lamabini Kid Toys Rewards” tab on the bottom right of the screen.  In the popup, you can also review how to earn points by clicking “Learn More”.

My FedEx tracking information states my order was delivered, however, I did not receive it. What do I do?

As of 5/25/2019, we use FedEx Ground to ship all orders placed on Lamabini Kid Toys.com.  It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct and secure delivery address when placing their order at Lamabini Kid Toys.com for FedEx to deliver to. If a situation arrises where the FedEx tracking states “we delivered it” and you have in fact NOT received your package, review the FedEx tracking information. Review the sections that say Left At: and Received By: to see if the package was left at a side door or front office, etc.  Check the parameter of your house and ask neighbors if they saw anything.

If the package does not show up, then a FedEx Claim will need to be opened to verify the discrepancy. That process can be started on the FedEx Claims website. or by calling Fedex directly at 1-800-463-3339. FedEx will investigate the claim and will usually respond within a week.  Once you have started your FedEx claim please email us at customerservice@lamabini.com to keep us in the loop.

In order for Lamabini Kid Toys to provide you a with a replacement order or in some cases a refund, we need FedEx to state that they “have been unable to provide satisfactory proof of delivery.”

What is a pre-order and how does it work?

For select art pieces, Lamabini Kid Toys might offer them available for Pre-Order.  When the item is available for pre-order you have a window of time to place your order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal time it takes to get your order delivered.  On the item page you will see the estimated delivery window for the item.  For example, a pre-order for an item might start in December but not ship from Lamabini Kid Toys’s warehouse until May.

With pre-orders the inventory is not in the Lamabini Kid Toys warehouse and might still be in production.  Due to unforeseen issues with production an item might be delayed or cancelled.  If the item is cancelled, Lamabini Kid Toys will notify you via email and a refund will be issued.
As with all orders on Lamabini Kid Toys.com, once a pre-order is placed on Lamabini Kid Toys.com it cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer.  Please triple check your information and the item description before placing your order.
The delivery estimate for pre-orders is our best estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse and ship to you.  It does not guarantee it will be delivered during that window.  It could be delivered before or after that time.
Is there an order minimum?

Yes.  Order total after any discounts and before shipping charges and taxes must be over $20.

I never received my confirmation/shipping email. What do I do?

Please log into your account at Lamabini Kid Toys.com to view the status of your past orders.  If you did not receive the email notifications, check your spam folder or non-focused section of your mailbox.  Make sure to white list emails coming from @Lamabini Kid Toys.com email addresses.

International Orders
Where is my international order?

In order to provide the global community with low-cost shipping options and the ability to place orders for Lamabini Kid Toys collectibles on Lamabini Kid Toys.com, we have partnered with a 3rd party company called Global Shopex.  They provide all customer service for international orders placed on Lamabini Kid Toys.com.  If you have any questions regarding the status of your package or shipping cost, please email Global Shopex directly at customerservice@lamabini.com.

How do I redeem my Bot Rewards points?

You will need to log into your account on your site, then click on the black “Bot Rewards” launcher in the lower left hand corner of the page to open the rewards panel.Next click on “All Rewards.”If you don’t have enough points to redeem, you’ll see a progress bar on the right, next to the reward name.If you do have enough points, there will be a “Redeem” button next to the reward name.Upon clicking Redeem, you will be taken to a page that shows a coupon code with a button to Apply code which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.  You may also may get an email with the coupon code for your records. The code will also be stored in your Bot Rewards panel under the Your Rewards section at the bottom.Note: once you have redeemed your points for a reward, the reward will remain in your account until you decide to use it on a purchase. Points are not automatically returned to a customers account if a reward is redeemed and not used.

How do I apply a gift card or promo code to my order?

When making a purchase on Lamabini Kid Toys.com, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code is not case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order. When a you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

What is a blind box?

A blind box is a type of packaging that keeps its contents hidden. Each blind box contains one figure and they are identical in every way so nobody, including us, knows which toy is inside.  The blind box figures range in rarity and this adds surprise and delight to the unboxer.  Shop our collection of blind boxes now.

What are the odds of getting the figure I want out of a blind box?

Every figure in a series is displayed on the side of the box, along with odds of finding each one. You may also see one or two “chase” figures, which have the lowest odds and are shown in silhouette. Chase figures are super rare and as a result are harder to get than others. Occasionally we include über-mystery figures that aren’t even on the box. In the past we’ve even included hand-made, one-of-a-kind figures by famous artists.

Will I get every blind box character if I order a display box?

On each product page, we list the quantity of blind boxes you need to order to get the display box.  Since each blind box figure is even blind to us, we cannot guarantee that you will get the full collection of characters when you order a display box.

How do I add a review of a product I purchased through Lamabini.com?

Product reviews are intended to help visitors by allowing verified customers to comment on the product they received. About two weeks after your purchase at Lamabini Kid Toys.com, you will receive an email requesting you to review the items you purchased.  Verified customers can also leave a review of a product they purchased from any product page.   All reviews must be manually approved by our compliance team before being added to a product page to prevent spam, comments containing offensive language, comments made not relating to the actual purchased product and fake reviews.  We believe that it is important to show visitors legitimate reviews of the pieces related directly to the product by real customers who have purchased the product.  We do our best to publish reviews of the product from actual customers we verify have purchased the items through Lamabini Kid Toys.com to give visitors real information from real customers.

When a review gets flagged by a visitor, it goes through a secondary review process and will be removed if it does not meet our quality standards.
